Sparks is a special division of a well-known Indonesian printing company. This case study probably best demonstrates the power of context. At first, we were not sure about the name that is overused in delivering personalized service. And perhaps we underestimated the basic things that ultimately prove to be the company’s best solution. In the end, we are reminded how context gives meanings of the delivered content.
